3 Modules.

A flexible, supportive learning environment.

A yoga education that will last a lifetime.

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS...

This program is designed to be flexible and practical:

There are three modules of 100-hours each.

You can take one module or do all three to

become a 500-hour RYT.

AND WHO IT'S FOR...

  • Yoga teachers and students seeking an expert-level education

  • Yoga teachers looking to uncover a teaching path that is true to you.

  • Students of every lineage who want more depth, skill and inspiration in their practice.

A high quality online education requires a teacher who is organized, deeply knowledgeable,

and truly able to connect.

WHY TRAIN WITH JASON?

  • Experience

Jason has 20+ years of experience teaching yoga and 10+ years experience teaching yoga online.

  • Depth

You will receive a comprehensive yoga education.  Each module contains practical anatomy, asana technique, injury management, and philosophical inquiry.

  • Quality

This program delivers the same high quality education that my in-person trainings do.

  • Freedom + Accountability

Pre-recorded lectures give you the freedom to learn on your own time. Daily live calls hold you accountable.

  • A Supportive Network

You will connect with your classmates and our student mentors in our private Facebook group.

  • Ongoing Connection

The community doesn't stop once the course ends. Jason continues to hold monthly calls for all JCYM graduates.

WHAT STUDENTS ARE SAYING

Each time I study with you, Jason, I come away feeling excited that I have learned so much that I can’t wait to share with my students.

This course has been the most informative and valuable training I have ever undertaken.

Your guidance around sequencing and the master sequence template are invaluable. The last few lectures on sequencing have shed so much light on a subject that has always seemed so mysterious and unfathomable to me – once again I thank you for this.

I am so grateful that this module was virtual, as I was able to pause videos to write things down, and repeat them when I felt like I didn’t catch something! That is SUPER helpful for someone with a learning style like mine.

I truly feel like things which previously felt like they didn’t “stick” have now been internalized in my mind and body, and I am stoked about that!

It’s like finally things clicked!

JACKIE DOMINAS

HEY, I'M JASON.

I’ve been teaching yoga for over 20 years, teaching everywhere from local studios around the  globe to providing trainings at the world’s most prestigious yoga conferences and events.

More importantly for this particular training, I’ve been a pioneer in online teaching and training for nearly a decade and I've learned to incorporate best practices for online learning from online educational specialists.

I’m not rushing from behind to get my trainings online like so many others -- I’ve been honing this process for years.

Over the decades, I’ve continued to refine and improve the way I train, guide, and support teachers in my advanced trainings.

I prioritize critical thinking skills, the integration of modern sports science with ancient understanding in asana technique, and creating a lasting community of peers.

In addition to teaching layers and layers of sequencing, I focus on helping teachers develop compelling and comprehensive curriculums for their students. My bachelor’s in Philosophy and years of studying yoga philosophy helps me communicate the essence of the yoga tradition in a clear, honest, and accessible way.

Most importantly, I work to ensure that you are seen, supported, and educated in a comprehensive way -- helping you develop your career as a teacher and make a positive impact on YOUR students.

SUPPORT FACULTY

CHELSEY ADAMS

I completed my 500-hour teacher training with Jason in 2017 and have assisted 10 training modules with Jason — both in-person and online. The time I’ve spent in those training modules has not only helped me refine my teaching skills and evolve as a teacher; it’s also connected me to an exceptional community of extraordinary teachers from around the world. Assisting and supporting students through their training has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my yoga career.

ANDREA FERRETTI

I'm the host of Yogaland Podcast and the former executive editor of Yoga Journal. (In case you don't know me, I'm also Jason's wife!)  I've been practicing yoga and meditation for 20 years and find that the benefits of yoga support me in every aspect of my life. I play a role in these trainings, guiding you through morning mindfulness meditations and offering my content creation knowledge through the live calls.

This training will equip you with

everything I’ve learned, everything I have

refined and everything that I bring

to bear in my career as a yoga teacher.

THE BENEFITS OF ONLINE LEARNING

  • Visual Learning

Your manual and lectures include graphics and images that convey concepts visually.

  • Pause, Rewind, Replay

If you're too saturated to absorb a lecture, you can pause the video, take a moment,  and return at your own pace.

  • Six Months of Access

Rather than two weeks of access that you get in a live module, we provide six months of access to all content for each online module.

  • Higher Level of Organization

As far as yoga teachers go, I'm extremely organized--especially in my trainings. This Online Course provides even greater tools for organization from planning to execution.

You'll walk away from this training with critical thinking skills and technique, but more importantly with the empathy and the knowledge to make sure you are helping your students.

IF I HAVE A 200-HOUR YOGA ALLIANCE CERTIFICATION, WILL THIS QUALIFY ME FOR A 500-HOUR CERTIFICATION?

Yes! This 300-hour, Advanced Curriculum will qualify you for Yoga Alliance’s 500-hour certification.

WHAT ARE THE PREREQUISITES FOR JOINING THE PROGRAM?

BUT WHAT IF I HAVEN'T DONE A 200-HOUR PROGRAM -- CAN I STILL JOIN THIS TRAINING?

DO I HAVE TO TAKE THE MODULES IN ORDER?

I ONLY WANT TO TAKE ONE MODULE -- IS THAT OK OR DO I NEED TO TAKE ALL THREE?
