The last yoga anatomy course you will ever need to take

Why I created this course...
Over the years, I've noticed a deficit in yoga anatomy training. It's often crammed into a weekend or given short shrift in yoga teacher trainings. Even if the curriculum includes in-depth information, there isn't a cohesive plan to help students and teachers incorporate what they've learned.
The truth is that when information isn't actionable, you don't retain it. And as a result, you lack confidence in your ability to integrate and convey your knowledge.
Here's the good news: It's not your fault if you feel this way!
This course will both supplement your yoga anatomy knowledge while also giving you actionable steps for how to incorporate it into your classes, your practice, and your life.
How does this course address
these challenges?

Hi -- I'm Jason.
I've been teaching vinyasa yoga to teachers around the world for nearly two decades. This program distills 25 years of my experience as a yoga teacher, many of which were spent studying with doctors of sports medicine.
The problems I've observed when it comes to yoga anatomy are most commonly:
If you complete this course, you will become so much more knowledgeable in yoga anatomy, which will make you more skillful at teaching everything from public classes to workshops to retreats. You will also gain confidence.
My goal for this course is that it will be the last anatomy course you ever need to take.
Frequently Asked Questions
No, the independent study course is delivered through pre-recorded videos. We deliver our courses this way for two reasons: First, it gives you the flexibility to move through the content on your own timeline. Second, it allows you to join from a different time zone. And third, it ensures high quality video and no interruptions -- the last thing we want is for you to experience a disruption in the internet connection during a class or lecture!
You will be able to access the course content for 12 months. Many have asked if they can continue access to our courses -- we want you to know that we hear you! It takes manpower (actually, womanpower), organization, and bandwidth to do this. So, after 12 months, you will be given the option to extend your access for a nominal monthly service fee.
We do not offer refunds for this course.
