Hi, I'm Jason
The course is led by Jason Crandell
I’ve been teaching yoga for more than 20 years, and I’ve trained thousands of yoga teachers around the world. My approach is grounded, practical, and informed by both tradition and modern science.
I created this training because I believe pranayama is one of the most impactful and underutilized aspects of yoga. My goal is to demystify breathwork and give you the tools to teach it with confidence, whether you’re guiding a group class, a private student, or your own personal practice.
If you’ve ever felt unsure about how or when to cue breath, or which techniques are most effective for the nervous system—this course is for you. I’ll walk you through everything step by step, so you can integrate breathwork in a way that feels intelligent, accessible, and sustainable.
