If you're a yoga teacher, you've likely experienced it: The burnout that comes from teaching so many weekly yoga classes that it feels random or chaotic; the worry and frustration that comes from trying to retain students.
You might wish you could:
Feel more fulfilled teaching; more certain that your students are getting a cohesive yoga education.
Feel less pressure to keep your students coming back.
Confidently teach workshops, special series' or online classes so that you can keep growing in your career as a yoga teacher.
If you can't seem to get there on your own 👉This course will help you get there! 🎉
Teach you how to design individual classes more efficiently.
Give you a framework for long-term sequence planning, which will reduce burnout and increase student retention.
Empower you to create structured your own curriculum, workshops, focused yoga series', and short format online classes with ease.
In my 30 years of teaching yoga, the decision to implement structure and planning into my yoga sequencing was one of the best decisions I've ever made.
Now it's your turn.
Here's what you will learn:
This training includes several phases. Each one builds on the last, and each module is designed to support your ability to teach with more clarity, more continuity, and less burnout.
1
Orientation & Introduction
The first module is an introduction and orientation. I'll explain my approach, the course organization, and the internal logic I'm using.
2
Foundations of Yoga Sequencing 2.0
3
Master Sequencing Templates
4
Implementing a Curriculum
5
Sequencing for a Series
A series is a special offering that is not regularly on a teaching/studio schedule. As in other modules, you will have guided practices, opportunities to see how I break down content and plan classes, & templates to implement planning on your own.
6
Short Format Online Classes
One of the major themes of the course is that the work we’re doing can scale to different environments. And as a teacher in the modern era, it’s important to learn how to navigate multiple teaching formats. If you practice with me on Glo, you’ll get a clear view into how I develop and present that style of class.
7
Sequencing for Workshops
What makes this course unique
This course is not about memorizing scripts, it's about helping you think through, organize, and prioritize content so that you can internalize and repeat the process on your own.
To help you do that, I've included full curriculums that we will move through together.

A Hybrid of Guided Practices, Visual Breakdowns, Written Prompts
I've created a three-part process that serves two purposes: First, it guides you through my thinking behind each sequence and second, it prompts you to create your own. This course is about actively learning with a clear outcome of creating your own content to share.
First, we'll practice a sequence together
The sequence will be part of a sample course that we're working on
Second, I'll share a video breakdown of the sequence
In the breakdowns, I will walk you through concepts verbally and explain sequencing decsisions.
Third, you'll have an assignment to create your own
I’ll give you structure, prompts, and guardrails—but you’ll make the sequencing decisions and record them in your manual.
The central problem this course solves is not poor sequencing -- it's the scattered, random nature of inventing new sequences for each and every class.
This course addresses the skillset that is missing from today's teacher trainings: How to design classes that work together over time, across multiple teaching environments, without sacrificing creativity or responsiveness.
Put simply, you will learn how to create your own yoga curriculum without memorizing scripts or rigid planning. You will learn to communicate meaningful teaching over time, which will increase your confidence, reduce burnout, and lead to better student retention.

Yes, upon completion of the training you will earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs). After you've completed the course, you will contact Yoga Alliance to register these hours.
If you choose the Self-Paced Program, you will receive 11 hours of CEUs.
If you choose the Group Call Program, you will receive 20 hours of CEUs.
You will be able to access the course content for 12 months from your date of purchase.
What if I've already taken Mastering the Art of Yoga Sequencing -- is there anything new in this course?
Yes! I created this program as a continuation of Mastering the Art of Yoga Sequencing. There is some crossover (I estimate 20%) in that you will recognize the Master Sequencing Template, but this course focuses more thoroughly on how to develop a curriculum and then how to scale it up or down so that you can generate workshops, series', or teach online.
I have not yet taken Mastering the Art of Yoga Sequencing -- is this course appropriate for me?
This course is still appropriate for you even if you have not yet taken Mastering the Art of Yoga Sequencing. The focus of this course is to teach you my method for building your own yoga curriculum. Once you get the hang of that, you can use it for your weekly classes as well as for yoga workshops, series' or online classes.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds for this course.
