How the 200-Hour Online Yoga
Teacher Training Works
11 weeks together.
12 months of access.
This online-only training includes 11 weeks of working together. Note: We will all take a few weeks off throughout the program for various holidays and breathing room.
You will be able to access and re-watch all of the course content for 12 months.
High-quality, pre-recorded lectures
170 hours of this training will be delivered via high-quality, professionally recorded videos.
This allows Jason to craft a well-organized curriculum that covers anatomy, philosophy, meditation, sequencing, and postural technique.
As soon as you register, you will receive immediate access to the first 100-hours of video lectures.
2-Hour
Live Calls
Each week, there will be two live calls with Jason to accommodate different time zones. You are expected to attend one live call each week.
During the live sessions, you will practice together and receive feedback from Jason, ask questions, and practice teach.
Live calls will be recorded and available to watch in replay.
Course Completion
You have one year to complete all of your coursework.

How to Teach Everyone, Especially Beginners
This training will prepare you to teach all levels classes, with a specialized focus on beginning students. It even includes a 4-week curriculum that you can teach beginners right away!
How to Teach Online, In-Person, & Hybrid
Today’s teachers need to know how to teach in all environments. This training has you covered with wisdom & techniques from Jason’s 25 years of in-person teaching experience and 10+ years online.
Absolute Comfort and Confidence Teaching
You will graduate with a plan to teach. In fact, you’ll graduate with a template, which includes 5 structured sequences and a curriculum to teach beginners.
Contemporary Meets Traditional Asana Practice
Asana has been evolving since its origin over 1,000 years ago. You’ll learn the most up-to-date, contemporary asana techniques without losing the essence of the yoga tradition.
Knowledge of Practical Anatomy & Technique
If you’re intimidated or nervous about learning anatomy, this is YOUR training. Our anatomy is presented in a straightforward, accessible way that’s immediately practical and easily digestible.
Yoga Philosophy, History, and Meditation
Yoga is a tradition that has its roots India. Learning about the origin, evolution, and modern application provides us insight into living a grounded, happy, and fulfilling life.
