“I can't say enough about the curriculum and education I received in this 200 HR. This course’s means of teaching asana, sequencing, anatomy, and philosophy is well-balanced and masterful. I feel I understand more about how the body functions in yoga and why postures fit together. He is empathetic towards new teachers and gives everyone the opportunity to practice and learn sequences that aid in internalizing the curriculum.
You will listen to content and then you will practice the content. That strategy results in deeper learning and just an all-around good time during the 200 hour. You know he has taught for decades but is still learning and transmitting that learning to the soon-to-be teacher.
I was never worried about the content being online—and now that it is complete, I’m so glad this was the modality I took my initial training. I've gone back and repeated lectures and practices. I have also taken a full year to complete the training. It worked with my schedule as a public school educator and never left me feeling rushed.
You will learn MUCH from Jason Crandell. He is a teacher's teacher! I hope to take his 300 hour soon.”
